Dr. Tanisha Hines-Johnson, PhD, MA

NC Certified Pastoral Counselor

Dr. Tanisha Hines-Johnson, PhD is a Licensed Pastoral Counselor and Founder of AnchorPoint Integrative Therapy, where faith-informed care and clinical psychology support whole-person well-being. She is an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider and brings an integrative, culturally responsive approach to care.

Dr. Hines-Johnson specializes in psychological evaluations, adult ADHD and autism assessments, mental performance support for athletes, and care for ministry leaders navigating burnout and balance. Her work is grounded in evidence-based practice and a commitment to helping clients grow with clarity, intention, and purpose.

Dr. Nicole Manigo Black, DPT, HFS

Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist

Dr. Nicole Manigo-Black is Co-Founder of AnchorPoint Integrative Therapy, serving as a Wellness Consultant and Licensed Massage Therapist and Chair of Physical Therapy Education. She specializes in therapeutic massage and pelvic floor support, with a focus on restoring physical balance, reducing pain, and enhancing overall wellness through individualized, body-centered care.

Dr. Manigo-Black brings a compassionate, integrative approach to healing, helping clients reconnect with their bodies in ways that support strength, recovery, and long-term well-being..

Ms Tressa Teel, CIA,CFE, CICA

Executive Director

Ms. Tressa Teel serves as the Executive Director and Financial Board Chair of One Touch Community Counseling Program, bringing over 15 years of experience in financial controls, internal auditing, and regulatory compliance. She is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA) with deep expertise in SOX compliance, financial reporting, risk assessments, and internal controls design and testing.

Throughout her career, Ms. Teel has worked across state agencies, higher education, and consulting environments, collaborating closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen financial integrity, enhance control environments, and support accurate, timely decision-making. Her background includes leading complex audits, identifying and remediating financial risks, and driving process improvements aligned with regulatory and organizational standards.

In her role at One Touch, Ms. Teel leverages her financial and compliance expertise to support sustainable fundraising strategies, fiscal accountability, and the long-term mission of expanding community-centered mental health services.
